A ten-storey apartment building was proposed at 1-7 Waterfront Place in Port Melbourne. The development site is in close proximity to Station Pier which is Victoria’s premier cruise ship terminal and home to the Spirit of Tasmania. Clarity Acoustics was engaged by the Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne) to review the acoustic implications of the proposed residential development on the operation of Station Pier.
