Town planning acoustic assessment for a proposed four-storey apartment building in Berwick. The subject site is located in close proximity to the Pakenham train line and industrial zoned land. As such, the town planning report included an assessment of external noise from the railway line and industrial/commercial premises as well as an assessment of noise sources associated with the use such as mechanical plant and basement car parking.
