Town planning and detailed design services for a mixed-used development on Brunswick Street. The town planning services focussed on an assessment of external traffic and patron noise intrusion and an agent of change assessment in relation to live music venues in the vicinity of the subject site. In addition, Clarity Acoustics was also engaged to provide expert evidence at VCAT for an application for review lodged by the client to contest removal of certain conditions within the planning permit. Clarity Acoustics is currently involved in the detailed architectural design of the development.
