Planning stage noise impact assessment for a redevelopment of the North Blackburn Shopping Centre. The assessment of the redevelopment considered the replacement of rooftop mechanical plant, an introduction of a hand car wash, a child care centre, food and beverage tenancies and the relocation of one of two existing supermarkets.
